By accessing or using ReleaseDraft (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReleaseDraft provides automated changelog drafts and public release pages derived from GitHub repository pull request activity.

3. Accounts and Billing

Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our standard billing terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or use automated scripts that exceed standard rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. ReleaseDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
