1. Information We Collect

When you authenticate with ReleaseDraft using GitHub, we store your workspace profile, email address, and account identifier. When you connect a GitHub repository, we only access metadata (pull request titles, descriptions, labels, authors, and timestamps) necessary to generate release notes.

We never inspect, store, or transmit your source code or repository diffs.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected solely to provide changelog generation, hosting, RSS feeds, and billing services. AI draft generation strictly passes pull request metadata to generate concise, human-readable drafts. We do not use your proprietary metadata to train public models.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect your GitHub repository or delete your projects at any time. Upon request or account deletion, all cached metadata and generated draft entries associated with your workspace are permanently purged.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to operate the Service:

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Supabase — Postgres database and authentication.
• Anthropic — draft generation from pull request metadata only.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — billing and subscription management.
• Upstash — background job delivery queue.

Draft generation sends pull request metadata (titles, descriptions, labels, and authors) to Anthropic. Source code and diffs are never sent, stored, or inspected.
